Absence makes the heart grow fonder.....

..... or maybe not. Anyhow, I just wanted to apologise to any expectant (as in waiting, not pregnant) readers for letting the blog slide off my radar in the last few weeks (dare I say months?)....

So here's the news: Mr P and I are moving into our new flat tomorrow and as you can imagine we have a load of stuff to deal with, albeit nice stuff as it involves shopping and me trying to fill the house with pink and Mr P fighting his corner with greys and browns. Who will win? Well, I saw a fuschia velvet boudoir chair the other day, it might magically appear in the living room one day courtesy of the sofa fairy....

Anyway, the last thing I've had on my mind recently is photographing my nails and shopping for treats (although Crete Duty Free has kindly provided me with my next post. Just so you know in advance, Korres products totally ROCK! )

In other news:

On my nails at the moment is Bluebell by Nails Inc (periwinkle blue) (free with Instyle this month, or was it last month?). See, I can't even remember, how terrible a blogger am I? On my toes is Beach by Nails Inc (orangey red), also an Instyle freebie from 2010. I like a freebie I do.

I've recently discovered the Macadamia Oil hair range and I'm quite liking it. If you want to try it out head to Cheapsmells.com where everything in the range is more or less half price so it will save you a mini fortune.

I had a horrendous eyebrow makeover at the Benefit shop in Islington. I went in to pick up my usual Speed Brow gel and the girl insisted on showing me another way to do my brows with wax and powder. Mr P was with me and stuck around as there was a massive jar of Lindor chocolates at the till which he kindly assisted in emptying while I was having my brows butchered.
By the end of the 'experiment' I looked like a Cretan taxi driver.
I shall be sticking to my usual brow gel and to hell with your brow powder, woman!

I'm LOVING : my NARS blush in Gaiety which is even more lush with my new tan, my Erborian BB creme in Dore', Maybelline Fit Me concealer which is way better than I first gave it credit for, and Korres Wild rose lip butter (OMG, I should write a poem about it)

Sorry for no pictures but if I could find the sodding camera to computer then there would be.

Please let me know what you've been loving recently and what you've all been up to. I'm still here and I hope you are too :)
